Booking and Cancellation Policy
All bookings are taken with your acceptance of our cancellation policies.
All bookings need to be paid either in full or partial to secure the appointment. Whether you book in the clinic or online, we require credit card details taken with your authority to charge the full amount for ‘No Show’ ‘Late Cancellation’ or other related situations.
At the time of booking a courtesy appointment SMS/Email will be sent out to confirm your booking. We will send another reminder SMS/Email 24 hours prior to your appointment date to confirm by reply YES or RESCHEDULE ( including your new date and time). In the event that you cannot be reached, we reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy, should you forget about your appointment.
We understand that sometimes you cannot attend/make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. Please provide us with 24-hour notice via phone or SMS
Cancellations of less than 24-hour will be charged 50% fee for the service booked. Any appointments that are prepaid, you will forfeit one session of your prepaid packages if you notify us less than 24-hour notice. No Show will be charged 100% fee for the service booked and you need to pay upfront for future appointments.
New Clients
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete consent forms.
- If you are running late, we appreciate that you SMS or call us to let us know. We may have to reschedule your appointment if it cannot be completed in the remaining timeframe.
- Laser Hair Removal Services - Please shave the area that you can reach 24 hours or 48 hours for sensitive skin before your appointment. Extra charge may apply
Refund Policy
Vernalys Skin & Laser Clinic has a strict ‘no refund’ policy on purchases ( including but not limited to all prepaid packages whether these prepaid packages are paid in full or partially for change of mind reasons, in the event that your circumstances change, or you choose to discontinue with the treatments/program.
All prepaid packages valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. No refunds or exchange will be given for any expired prepaid packages.
We do not accept transfers of treatments and services to other treatments or to other individuals.
Please note: We reserve the right to change our prices without further notice. To maintain our affordable prices all credit cards and EFTPOS transaction will incur 1.5% surcharge, AMEX and other corporate cards will incur 3% surcharge.
